Cute is definitely how I’d describe this top Airbnb in Barcelona. Set inside a 130-year old building, this place won’t disappoint if style is what you’re looking for. Think exposed brick walls, high beamed ceilings, and other cool design features that make this a chic and modern apartment. Even the bathroom is magazine-ready. And if all that wasn’t enough, it’s within walking distance of downtown Barcelona. The average pricing is super affordable, too!

I literally cannot get over the tiled floors in this place—check out how gorgeous the living room is. What I also can’t get over is the aesthetic in general—the high vaulted brick ceilings, the vintage artwork, the whitewashed walls, the color pops. It’s all here, people. So if you want to stay in one of the most Instagrammable Airbnbs in Barcelona, then you should really think about booking this one bedroom. They’ve 100% got their attention-to-detail game down. The location is great, with plenty of markets and restaurants nearby. It's a one-bedroom but is very spacious and can accommodate up to five people. Not too far from the Gothic Quarter, you'll be in a super central location.

Catalonian tiles, cool design, white walls with pops of blue and bright yellow—it’s definitely cool inside this Barcelona Airbnb, but what I’m mainly into with this one is its totally gorgeous private terrace. And yeah, as the name suggests, it’s big! Set in a non-touristy area (perfect for exploring authentic backstreets), days here are all about breakfasting on the terracotta tiles of the terrace and dining al fresco. There are even sunbeds if you feel like a lazy day catching some rays. This Airbnb is in a great location, and you'll be close to the famous Sagrada Familia.

Perfect for a city getaway, this awesome Airbnb in Barcelona is just a 4-minute walk to the beachfront—ideal if (like me) you want some time chilling on the sand and like easy access to the water. This apartment dates back to the early 1900s, but with its original materials and flooring left intact, it has been beautifully restored with modern touches—think fashion shoot-worthy furnishings and whitewashed walls. The kitchen is on point. The bedroom is cozy. There’s even a little balcony where you can watch the world go by. Um…I think I want to live here. At least for the summer. And it has amazing reviews (5 stars!). Dream apartment anyone?

This place is an actual castle! Not your average Airbnb, this is an early 20th-century villa that’s a genuine piece of Modernist architecture—chandeliers, tiled floors, high ceilings, gorgeous design details throughout…It’s too much! It makes you feel like you’re living a modern fairytale. There’s an octagonal (heated) swimming pool outside, plus sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a big, circular daybed for those all-important afternoon siestas. It’s grand, it’s stately, it’s one of my favorite Barcelona Airbnbs ever.

For that combination of modern with early 1900s features, this cool Airbnb in Barcelona is a winner. It has actually won design awards for being so freaking cool. I love the exquisite tiled floors, the bright, whitewashed walls, the zany color pops…Oh, and I love the cute balcony where you can breakfast with views of the city. It’s super chic, with a fully-equipped kitchen. What’s more, it’s just a 10-minute walk from this funky apartment to the beach, so I’m thinking coffee on the terrace in the morning, beach days, and siestas before hitting the town at night—what do you say?

This place is huge. It’s also filled with natural light, which makes it seem even bigger. The airy atmosphere of this place is combined with the design-minded decor for a feeling that’s like being in your own home—except this time around it’s much cooler. All the little details have been thought of, from the clean lines of the kitchen to the combined warmth and minimalism of the lounge. Half-magazine shoot, half-cozy, it’s also got its very own balcony and is set inside a lovely old building in the pretty Eixample district.

If you’re looking for something more modern, this chic penthouse Airbnb in Barcelona is something that you’ll definitely fall in love with. There’s plenty of space for large groups to relax, along with a spacious terrace where you can eat, drink, and be merry—all while soaking up the sights and sounds of the city. It’s modern, it’s design-focused, it’s super minimalist. The bedrooms here are awesome, with doors that open onto Juliette balconies. What’s not to love, honestly?!

This cool Barcelona Airbnb is sort of like that apartment from Friends, but more design-y and Spanish with an art nouveau vibe. I like it a lot. There’s some kooky artwork going on, with a cute kitchen-living space, stylish bedrooms with exposed brick walls, and cool, calm bathrooms. It’s kitschy, eclectic, and definitely the sort of place you can easily imagine staying with your besties in—I know I can.

One of my favorite things to do in Spain is to head to a rooftop bar and listen to Spanish guitar music while watching the sunset. Can you think of anything more romantic?? Well at this gorgeous penthouse, you don't even need to find a bar, because you have your own private terrace with incredible views right here off of the bedroom. This Airbnb is just a 15-minute walk from the city center, and you have access to plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. And the host is a super host, so you know they're committed to making sure their guests have an amazing stay.

Do note that while the listing says there is a hot tub, they are referring to the jet jacuzzi in the bathroom. At first, I thought there was a hot tub on the roof which would have been epic! But I still would love to drink sangria up there underneath the stars.
