Las Alcobas Napa Valley

Las Alcobas, Napa Valley

I’m so excited to share with you guys one of my all time favorite luxury resorts that I’m so lucky to have gotten to experience…Las Alcobas, Napa Valley! Everything about this place was perfection.

From the beautiful rooms, to the service, to the food, we were impressed with every little detail. Relatively new to St. Helena, Las Alcobas Napa opened just a couple years ago in 2017.

The property is intimate and cozy, and all of the rooms overlook the Beringer Estate vineyard for a stunning view just on the other side of your balcony. Our room even had its own little fire pit, which made our terrace even more inviting (if you notice that some of the outdoor photos look a little hazy, it’s because we visited when the fires were happening in Paradise and the whole Bay Area was covered in smoke. ?).

The decor in the rooms is beautiful, but wait until you see the bathroom! Holy chic. We spent a leisurely afternoon enjoying a bubble bath and sipping champagne—the ultimate luxury!

Ok, let’s talk food. Chris Cosentino is the talented and creative chef behind the Acacia House restaurant.

You may have seen him win Top Chef Masters or compete on Iron Chef, and if you’re from San Francisco you’ve probably been to his delicious SF restaurant, Cockscomb.

Cosentino does not disappoint here, and we enjoyed a decadent meal at Acacia House (scroll down for mouth-watering photos), as well as ordering in room service and having his incredible food in bed and on our balcony. If you’re making a room service order for breakfast, I highly recommend the chilaquiles, and the burger for lunch.

Overall the service at Las Alcobas Napa was impeccable. We received a warm welcome with a bottle of wine and tour of the property, every staff member we interacted with was delightful, and our server at the Acacia House gave us spot-on recommendations.

When we left, the valet even sent us off with a couple water bottles for the drive home.

I’m so excited that Las Alcobas Napa Valley is just a short drive away from us in San Francisco. It’s the perfect weekend getaway for a special occasion.

Being that it is a luxury resort, prices reflect that. If the rates are outside of your price range, you’ll be happy to know that the property is part of Marriott’s Luxury Collection, which means that you can book a stay with points.

Thank you to Las Alcobas, Napa Valley for the incredible stay!
