Florence Airbnbs

1. House of Love with Incredible Duomo Views

Florence Airbnbs
Florence Airbnbs

Ummm how stunning are these views of the Duomo?? Amazing, right?

The Duomo is so beautiful and such an iconic part of Florence’s skyline. You can sit in the living room or on the small patio sipping your morning coffee just soaking up this gorgeous view. Or sit back and watch the sunset over the Duomo in the evening.

People pay top dollar for these kinds of views at rooftop bars around Florence, so why not have your own private space to enjoy this scenic view for free? Well, not exactly free because you’re paying for the Airbnb, but you know what I mean. ?

Based on the reviews, the views are even more stunning in person! You’ll be above the hustle and bustle of the city, but able to look out over all of it. Honestly, with incredible views like this, I think this is one of the best Airbnbs in Florence.

Up to 2 guests // 1 bedroom // 1 bed // 1 bath. Prices from $191 per night. Check pricing and dates here.

2. Apartment in the Heart of Florence

Florence Airbnbs

This adorable apartment is a typical Florentine-style house, very centrally located, and just steps away from Santa Maria Novella as well as the popular San Lorenzo Market. It’s two floors, with a typical Tuscan fireplace and beamed ceiling that add to the warm and cozy vibe.

While the listing allows up to four people, that might be a bit tight—there’s one bedroom with a double and twin bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room—so I’d recommend this spot for two or three people.

Up to 4 guests // 1 bedroom // 3 beds // 1 bath. Prices from $96 per night. Check pricing and dates here.

3. New Duomo Suite with Private Pool

Okayyyy, what, a private pool inside of an apartment in Florence?? Literally unheard of until now.

This newly-renovated apartment is located right by the Duomo (primo real estate) and has chic furnishings and ok hello did I mention there’s an indoor heated pool?? Not many places in Florence have this feature.

I can totally picture unwinding here after a long day of sightseeing, walking tours, museum visits, and just generally being on your feet all day. Pour yourself a glass of chianti and jump in to relax!

I did notice that this apartment does not have any windows, so just something to note if natural light is super important to you (which I know it would be to someone like my husband who is obsessed with natural light).

Up to 2 guests // 1 bedroom // 1 bed // 1 bath. Prices from $102 per night. Check pricing and dates here.

4. Amazing Suite with Terrace

Florence Airbnbs

Wow wow wow. This place!! I mean, it features an insanely large rooftop with a hot tub.

It’s a bit of a splurge for two people, but I can’t think of anything more romantic than watching the sunset over the Duomo from your private rooftop, wine in hand, while relaxing in a jacuzzi. I want to move in already.

The apartment is also a great location in the city centre, near the Duomo and Santa Croce. Ugh so romantic!! This would be the perfect place to book for a honeymoon or anniversary trip. Or you know, any trip with your significant other.

This honestly may be the best Airbnb in Florence. Where else can you soak in a hot tub and look out over the Duomo?

Up to 2 guests // 1 bedroom // 2 beds // 1 bath. Prices from $306 per night. Check pricing and dates here.

5. Petite Studio

This studio is chic and stylish, and while small, the location can’t be beat and I don’t think the price can either! I haven’t seen any other places as cute as this with such a great price. It’s also an Airbnb Plus, so you know it will have all the comforts of home and be a clean, comfortable home base.

From here, you’ll be able to easily walk to all of Florence’s popular attractions, and you’ll be surrounded by famous Florentine restaurants as well as fun pubs and wine bars.

Up to 2 guests // 1 bedroom // 1 bed // 1 bath. Prices from $63 per night. Check pricing and dates here.

6. Charming Central Apartment

This apartment is super cute, spacious, and has all the Italian charm you’d want for your Tuscan vacay. It is just a tad outside of the main tourist areas, so you can be away from the fray and stay in a less crowded area, but still close enough that you can walk to Florence’s sights. The main Firenze train station is also only a few blocks away.

This apartment would be plenty spacious for two people, and can also comfortably accommodate four people since it has a sofa bed and a second bathroom (a second bathroom is so key!).

Up to 4 guests // 1 bedroom // 2 beds // 2 bath. Prices from $136 per night. Check pricing and dates here.

7. Apartment with Skyline Duomo Views

This apartment is so chic, and I love its earthy tones and mix of Tuscan and minimalist vibes.

Wake up beneath the centuries-old wooden beam ceilings, and return home to gaze over the terracotta rooftops from its small balcony. It’s a standing-only balcony, so while you won’t be spreading out any tabletop meals here, it’d still be a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day.

The apartment location is fantastic, and it’s easy to walk to excellent restaurants, bars, and Florence’s sights.

They will accommodate up to four at this Airbnb, but since it’s a 1 bed, 1 bath, I’d recommend this apartment for two people.

Up to 4 guests // 1 bedroom // 1 bed // 1 bath. Prices from $136 per night. Check pricing and dates here.

8. Spacious Apartment in Santa Croce

Florence Airbnbs

This super modern space is in the heart of the Santa Croce area of Florence, which is a super lively and beautiful area.

Another Airbnb Plus location, it’s beautiful, centrally located, and stocked with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Less than a ten minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and many of Florence’s top sights and museums.

Even though it’s easy to walk to all of the places you’ll want to go, the apartment itself is in a very quiet area, perfect for when you’re ready to retire at the end of a busy day. You’ll find nothing but glowing reviews on this place!

Up to 4 guests // 1 bedroom // 1 bed // 1.5 bath. Prices from $146 per night. Check pricing and dates here.

9. Artsy and Bright Townhouse.

This townhouse is SO stinkin cute and would be perfect for a family or small group of friends. I’m obsessed with the design and decor and the price is really reasonable for a group.

The townhouse is based inside of a courtyard in the historic center of Florence—how freaking quaint. It is super close to all the main tourist attractions as well as the train station, but thanks to the tucked away nature of this courtyard it’s very peaceful and quiet.

You’ll find all the best Florence markets nearby, including the leather market and San Lorenzo. With such a gorgeous dining room, you’ll definitely want to take advantage and cook with some delicious ingredients that are hard to find back at home, but abound at Florence’s markets (like truffle! mmm).

Up to 6 guests // 2 bedrooms // 2 beds // 2 bath. Prices from $170 per night. Check pricing and dates here.

10. Penthouse with Terrace

Love a good penthouse! This one combines classic Italian design with modern luxury for a gorgeous space.

This apartment is so charming, with cool neutral tones and wood finishes. There’s a small rooftop terrace where you can sit and have breakfast in the morning or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening surrounded by flowers.

It’s a one bedroom, one bath, but the living room does look spacious and like the sofa bed would be comfortable, so you could fit up to four people here.

Up to 4 guests // 1 bedrooms // 1 beds // 1 bath. Prices from $146 per night. Check pricing and dates here.

11. Romantic Apartment with Duomo Views

Enjoy an awesome 360-degree view of the Duomo and Florence’s skyline from the terrace off of this romantic apartment suite.

The interior is stylishly decorated with vintage décor and features a loft-style mezzanine bedroom above the living area.

The location is absolutely ideal, and if you can’t tell by my Airbnb picks, having a private terrace is also pretty ideal. You’ll find yourself in the heart of Florence, with a bottle of chianti waiting for you upon chek-in.

Up to 4 guests // 1 bedrooms // 1 beds // 1 bath. Prices from $157 per night. Check pricing and dates here.

12. Boutique Suite near Duomo

Florence Airbnbs

This apartment looks like a dreamy and modern pad in Los Angeles, but then you look outside and see the stunning Duomo! Enjoy a large terrace with views over Florence’s historical center and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. The aesthetic inside is sleek and minimalist, with a striking chevron floor pops of bold patterns.

This place is perfect for a group of four.

Up to 4 guests // 1 bedrooms // 1 beds // 1.5 bath. Prices from $260 per night. Check pricing and dates here.
